What are credits?

Credits are the billing unit for AI requests in .tune. Each request to an agent consumes a certain number of credits, depending on its complexity. All plans include generous credit allowances — for most companies, these are more than sufficient.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a free, no-obligation demo session where we showcase .tune with your real data and processes. This way, you can see the concrete value for your business before making a decision. Simply contact us to schedule an appointment.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Our contracts have a minimum term of 12 months with a monthly cancellation period afterwards. Upon cancellation, you receive a complete export of all your data. There are no hidden costs or exit fees.

What is the difference between Managed Server and Private Cloud?

With the Managed Server, you share the infrastructure with other customers — fully isolated and encrypted, of course. The Private Cloud offers a dedicated instance with your own domain, extended branding, and enhanced security options. Ideal for companies with stricter compliance requirements.

Are setup costs included in the price?

Yes. Initial setup — including system integration, agent configuration, and onboarding of your team — is included in all plans. There are no additional one-time costs.

Can I upgrade to a larger plan later?

Absolutely. An upgrade is possible at any time and is implemented seamlessly. We migrate your configuration and data to the new infrastructure without interruption.
